Our teachers are the most highly trained pregnancy and postnatal yoga professionals in the UK, each an expert in their field.

Established in 2001, we’ve evolved a specialist yoga-based approach, blending birth knowledge and practical information to support you, from bump right through to new bundle.

Yogabirth classes are wholly inclusive. No matter your yoga experience, body shape or chosen birthing method, we celebrate the extraordinary work of Mamas everywhere, with mindful preparation, gentle community and sustaining strength.


Preparation is about bodywork and breath, bringing your mind and body into line with natural rhythms and postures that build confidence in your innate ability to give birth.


Community is the opportunity for you to come together with other women in a familiar, relaxed environment, to feel nourished and enlightened by the sharing of experiences.


Strength is the practice of optimising the physical and emotional well-being of you and your baby, helping you to navigate your new life in synchronicity.
