Yogabirth classes are wholly inclusive. No matter your yoga experience, body shape or chosen birthing method, we celebrate the extraordinary work of Mamas everywhere, with mindful preparation, gentle community and sustaining strength.
Preparation is about bodywork and breath, bringing your mind and body into line with natural rhythms and postures that build confidence in your innate ability to give birth.
Community is the opportunity for you to come together with other women in a familiar, relaxed environment, to feel nourished and enlightened by the sharing of experiences.
