Lianna is a practising Midwife who has facilitated many home and birth centre births. She trained as a YogaBirth teacher in 2022 and has also completed her 200hr Hatha and Vinyasa yoga yoga qualification this year. She runs face to face classes in Heathfield, East Sussex and will soon be setting up online classes for East Sussex and Kent mothers to be..Lianna is passionate about physiological birth and uses her wealth of knowledge to empower others to achieve a positive birthing experience.
