Alisa attended Yogabirth classes during her three pregnancies and felt inspired to complete the training so that she could help other women experience the calm and informed births she feels blessed to have had.
She has been practicing yoga since her visit to India in her early twenties where she first began to understand how beneficial stretching, meditating and listening to ones body can be.
Alisa teaches from home; one to one and in small groups giving each woman individual attention and opportunity to talk through any concerns in a safe and nurturing space.
She also teaches kids yoga and mindfulness in schools and nurseries. She firmly believes that beginning yoga & mediation practice early in life is a wonderful gift for children equipping them with tools to support them to cope with the stresses of life. And most importantly, the kids have fun at the same time!
