Kathleen has been involved with Body Work since the early 90's. She feels her Shiatsu, Pregnancy & Post Natal Yoga and General Yoga training are all intertwined. Asana, Touch, Pranayama are all interwoven to help us get through life at the different stages it brings to us.
Asana is connected to nature, the sway and movement - that is what she wants to bring to her classes, a lightness and kindness to our bodies when we feel tired, tense and overwhelmed. She hopes to convey physiology and science, so we can stay healthy, flexible and strong in mind and body.
Kathleen is a registered and insured Shiatsu Practitioner, Yoga Teacher and Childbirth Educator.
She has attended many births as a Doula and has 2 children. She teaches in South London SW16
